Change password
When you need to update your login password, you can do it in the Change password section on the Account details page.
We recommend updating your password regularly to improve account security.
1. Where to find this feature
- Log in to the dashboard.
- In the left-side menu, click “Manage” → “Account details”.
- On this page, find the block titled “Change password” to start.
2. Step-by-step guide
2.1 Get the verification code
- In the Change password block, locate the “Verification code” input field.
- Click the “Send” button on the right side of the input.
- The system will send a verification code to your bound email address or phone number (depending on what is shown on the page).
- Open your email inbox or SMS app and find the latest verification code.
If you do not receive a code for a long time:
- Check your spam / junk mail folder or SMS blocking apps;
- Click Send again to request a new code;
- If you still don’t receive anything, please contact support for assistance.
2.2 Enter the verification code
- Go back to the Verification code input field.
- Carefully enter the full code you received. Make sure there are no missing digits or typos.
2.3 Set a new password
- In the New password field, enter the password you want to use.
- For better security, we recommend including:
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (for example:
! @ # $ %etc.)
and avoid using the same password as before.
If there are password rules shown on the page (for example, minimum length or required character types), please follow those rules.
2.4 Confirm the new password
- In the Confirm new password field, enter exactly the same password again.
- Make sure both entries match; otherwise, the system may show an error such as “Passwords do not match”.
2.5 Submit the change
- Before submitting, double-check that:
- The verification code is correct;
- The new password is entered correctly;
- The confirmation password is identical to the new password.
- Click the Update password button.
- If you see a success message, your login password has been updated.
After changing your password, please use the new password the next time you log in.
On other devices where you are already logged in, you may be asked to log in again for security reasons.
3. FAQ
3.1 I entered the correct verification code, but the system says it’s invalid. Why?
Possible reasons include:
- The verification code has expired (codes are only valid for a limited time—always use the newest one).
- You clicked Send multiple times and are entering an older code instead of the latest one.
- You have multiple email addresses or phone numbers; make sure you are checking the one currently linked to this account.
If you still can’t get it to work after several attempts, please contact support.
3.2 I forgot my current password and can’t log in. What should I do?
The Change password feature on this page is for users who are already logged in.
If you cannot log in at all, please use the “Forgot password” option on the login page or contact support to help reset your password.
3.3 Security tips
- We recommend changing your password regularly instead of using the same one for a long time.
- Do not reuse the same password across multiple websites.
- Avoid passwords that are easy to guess, such as your birthday, phone number, or simple sequences.
- Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be “support staff”.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or notice unusual login activity, please change your password immediately and contact support for further investigation.
