Can the same IP address be whitelisted for multiple accounts?

You can add the same IP to different accounts, but it cannot exist in multiple accounts at the same time.

For example, if Accounts A and B are using the same server and the server IP is added to Account A’s whitelist first, usage will be billed to Account A. If you then add this IP to Account B’s whitelist, the IP will be removed from A’s whitelist, and subsequent usage will be billed to Account B instead.
