Account dashboard guide
The account dashboard is the first page you see after logging into the 1688Proxy panel.
It gives you an overview of your resource usage, account balance, recent orders, and account security status, and provides quick links to commonly used features and help resources.
1. How to access the dashboard
- After logging in, the system automatically takes you to the Dashboard.
- If you are on another page, you can click “Dashboard” in the left sidebar to return here.
2. Overall page layout
The dashboard is roughly divided into three main areas:
- Top bar – page title, language switcher, user menu, promo banner.
- Left main content area – static residential proxies overview card, current IP usage, recent orders, account security.
- Right side area – help center, “Follow us” section, support email.
The sections below explain each part in more detail.
3. Top bar
3.1 Page title
- The top-left corner shows the current page name: “Dashboard”, so you always know where you are.
3.2 Language switcher
- The top-right shows the current language, for example:
Traditional Chinese. - Click it to open a dropdown where you can switch to:
- Traditional Chinese
- Simplified Chinese
- English
- After switching, the entire dashboard interface will change to the selected language.
3.3 User menu
- Displayed as an avatar icon plus your nickname.
- The dropdown menu usually includes:
- Profile – open your personal account information page (change nickname, email, etc.).
- Log out – sign out of the current account.
3.4 Promo banner (if there is an active campaign)
- Shows ongoing promotions such as Black Friday or limited-time discounts.
- On the right side, there may be a “Buy now” button that leads directly to the corresponding purchase page.
4. Left sidebar navigation
The sidebar provides quick access to all main modules:
- Dashboard – the overview page you’re currently viewing.
- Static residential proxies – go to the static residential IP management & usage interface.
- Tutorials – view product documentation and step-by-step guides.
- Under Manage:
- Account details – view and edit your basic account information.
- My wallet – check balance and top-up history, and add funds.
- Order history – view detailed records of all past orders.
If you want to do more detailed operations for a specific module, simply click the corresponding item in the sidebar.
5. Static residential proxies overview card
This large card is one of the most prominent elements on the dashboard. It provides a quick overview of your static residential proxy products.
5.1 Product information
- Title: “Static residential proxies”
- Short description, for example: “High-performance static residential IPs that combine value, speed, and unlimited bandwidth.”
- Below, you may see multiple bullet points such as:
- Flexible concurrency and bandwidth configurations, with custom options
- 100% residential IPs, stable long-term online
- Supports large-scale data collection
- No fee for unopened IPs; non-working IPs can be replaced
- Unlimited concurrent connections and 99.95% connection success rate
- Average response time around 0.5 seconds
Purpose:
This card helps you quickly understand the core benefits and ideal use cases of the product—especially useful for new users.
5.2 Current balance and top-up
At the bottom of the card you’ll see:
- “Current balance: $0” (actual amount depends on your account)
- On the right, there is a “Top up now” button that takes you to the My wallet page, where you can add funds.
We recommend checking your balance regularly to prevent service interruptions due to insufficient funds.
6. IP usage overview
Below the static residential card, you will usually see two smaller statistics cards.
6.1 Currently active static IPs
- Shows how many static IPs are currently in use, for example:
- Large text:
128 IPs - Smaller text:
Out of 200 static IPs in total
- Large text:
- This helps you quickly see:
- The ratio of used vs. remaining IPs;
- Whether you might need to purchase more IPs or release ones you no longer use.
6.2 IPs expiring within 7 days
- Shows how many IPs are about to expire, for example:
- Title:
IPs expiring within 7 days - Label:

We recommend renewing soon to avoid service interruption
- Title:
Usage tips:
- If this number is high, we recommend:
- Opening the IP management or order pages to see which specific IPs are near expiry.
- Renewing or adjusting your plans ahead of time to avoid disruptions to monitoring, scraping, ad campaigns, etc.
7. Recent orders panel
The Recent orders panel shows a quick summary of your latest transactions.
7.1 Panel content
Each order item typically includes:
- Amount – for example:
$49.90 - Description – for example:
Purchase of 10 US static IPs (30 days) - Time – for example:
2025-11-20 14:32 - Status, such as:
PaidPending payment- (Other statuses depending on the system)
7.2 View all orders
- There is a “View all orders” link in the top-right corner of the panel.
- Clicking it takes you to the Order history page, where you can:
- Filter by time range, status, etc.;
- See full details for each order.
8. Account security panel
This block shows security-related information about your account, such as:
- Most recent login time and IP

Best practices:
- Check this area regularly to confirm that the login time, location, and device match your own activity.
- If you see a suspicious login:
- Change your password immediately;
- Contact support if you suspect your account has been compromised.
9. Right side: Help center & social channels
9.1 Help center
- Title: “Help center”
- Short description telling you that if you’re not sure which product to choose or how to get started, you can reach out for assistance.
- “Contact us” button:
- Clicking it will open a support channel (e.g. live chat, ticket system, or contact page).
- Below, you may see quick links to key documentation pages, such as:
- Quick start guide
- Documentation
- FAQ
- Video tutorials
- … Clicking these takes you directly to the corresponding help pages—very useful for new users.
9.2 Follow us
- Shows icons and names for several social platforms, such as:
- X (Twitter)
- GitHub
- YouTube
- Clicking an icon takes you to the official account (if configured), where you can follow news, tutorials, and updates.
9.3 Support email
- At the bottom, you’ll see the official support email, for example:
support@1688Proxy.com - If you encounter any issues, you can reach support by email. We recommend including:
- The email address linked to your account
- Relevant order numbers (if any)
- A brief description of the issue and screenshots
10. Typical usage scenarios
Scenario 1: Quickly understand current resources and risk
- Log in and review the dashboard homepage.
- Check Currently active static IPs to see how many IPs you are using.
- Look at IPs expiring within 7 days to see whether you should renew soon.
- If you need to make changes, go to Static residential proxies or Order history via the left sidebar to adjust.
Scenario 2: Confirm recent charges and order statuses
- In the Recent orders panel, check your latest purchases or renewals.
- Confirm that the amounts and statuses match what you see in your payment records.
- If you need more detailed information, click View all orders.
Scenario 3: Check account security
- In the Account security card, review the latest login time and IP.
- If the login location or device does not look like you:
- Change your password immediately;
- If you suspect account theft, contact support via the help center or support email.
