My Wallet – User guide
My Wallet is where you manage your account balance and top-ups, and review your top-up and spending history.
By using the wallet, you can complete payments more easily and keep better track of your spending.
1. Wallet overview
At the top of the My Wallet page, you’ll see a Wallet overview section with three summary cards:
Wallet balance
- Shows the amount of money currently available in your wallet (for example:
$0). - On the right, there may be a Balance alert entry where you can set low-balance notifications (depending on the actual product features).
- Shows the amount of money currently available in your wallet (for example:
Total top-up amount
- Shows the total amount you have ever added to your wallet since registration.
Total spending amount
- Shows the total amount you have spent from the wallet.
With these three numbers, you can quickly understand your current balance as well as your historical top-ups and spending.
2. How to top up your wallet
Below the overview section is the Top up area, which is used to add funds to your wallet.
2.1 Set the top-up amount
You can set the amount in two ways:

- On the left, there is an input field with a
$symbol. - It supports a minimum and maximum value (for example:
$100–$90000, depending on the actual page). - You can type in the exact amount you want to top up.

- In the middle, there is a horizontal slider with a minimum amount on the left (for example
$100) and a maximum amount on the right (for example$90000). - Drag the slider handle to quickly adjust the top-up amount.

Tip: You can use the slider to roughly choose a range, then fine-tune the exact number in the input box.
2.2 Quick-add buttons
Below the slider, there are several quick-add buttons, for example:
+$10,+$50,+$100,+$500,+$1000
Clicking one of these buttons adds that amount on top of your current value, making it easy to build up the top-up amount quickly.
2.3 Submit the top-up
- Double-check that the amount in the input box is correct.
- Click the Top up now button (the exact label may differ slightly on the page).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Choose your payment method;
- Confirm the payment.
After a successful top-up, your wallet balance will be updated immediately and you can see the change in the Wallet overview section.
3. Viewing wallet records
At the bottom of the page, you will find the Wallet records section, where you can view both top-up and spending history.
3.1 Switch between record types
At the top of this section, there are two tabs:
- Top-up records (usually selected by default)
- Spending records
Click a tab to switch between:
- Top-up records: each entry shows the top-up amount, time, order number, and other details.
- Spending records: each entry shows payments made using your wallet, including the amount and time.
3.2 Filter tools
Above the record table, there are filtering options:
Order number search
- Enter an order number in the search box (placeholder text such as “Please enter the order number”).
- Useful for quickly looking up a specific record related to a particular order.
Date range filter
- Use the date range picker to select a start date and end date.
- Only records within this time range will be shown.
By combining order number and date range filters, you can precisely locate the records you need for reconciliation or analysis.
4. Common usage examples
You just want to add a small test amount
- In the Top up area, enter a small amount such as
$100or use the+$10quick-add button a few times. - Complete the payment and confirm that the funds have been added to your wallet.
- After testing, you can decide whether to top up more for production use.
- In the Top up area, enter a small amount such as
You need to reconcile or claim expenses
- Go to Top-up records or Spending records.
- Use the order number and date range filters to find the relevant records.
- Use the amount and timestamp shown in the record when reconciling or preparing expense reports.
5. Best practices
- Before making a large purchase, always check your wallet balance to make sure it’s sufficient.
- If available, set up a low-balance alert so you don’t run into service interruptions because of insufficient funds.
- We recommend regularly reviewing your Total top-up amount and Total spending amount to stay on top of your overall cost.

- The relevant order number;
- Screenshots of the payment and wallet page.
