What happens if my account hasn’t been “active” for a long time?

If your account is inactive for a period of time but you still have remaining proxies or traffic balance, you will not lose that balance.

However, the unused balance may be frozen until you activate it again.
Before your next use, simply purchase the same type of proxy product again. This will:

  • Reactivate your existing balance, and
  • Start a new active billing period for that product.

In other words, your remaining resources are preserved, and they will become usable again once you place a new order for the same product type.
