How does billing work at 1688Proxy?
All billing periods at 1688Proxy start from the date of payment.
The exact rules depend on the type of proxy product you purchase:
1. Dynamic residential – GB plans
- Available validity options: 30 days, 90 days, 180 days.
- If you use up all your GB before the expiry date:
- You can purchase an additional GB plan to keep your account in an active state.
- If you still have unused GB when the plan expires:
- The remaining GB will be frozen in your account.
- When you buy a new GB plan, the frozen GB will be reactivated and will follow the new billing cycle.
2. Dynamic residential – IP plans
- These plans have no expiration date.
- Each time you use one IP, it consumes 1 IP credit from your plan.
- Unused IP credits never expire and remain in your account until you use them.
3. Unlimited proxies
- The validity period depends on the plan level you choose. Current options include:
- Hourly trial
- 1 day
- 7 days
- 15 days
- 30 days
- Within the chosen period, you can enjoy unlimited bandwidth according to the product description.
4. SOCKS5 proxies
- Plan durations currently include 15 days and 30 days.
- Each day, you can use between 100 and 1000 IPs, depending on the plan you purchased.
5. Static residential proxies
- The validity period depends on the plan you choose. Current options include:
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- Before the plan expires, you can renew active IPs to keep the same IP addresses available for continued use.
6. Advanced plans (enterprise plans)
- You can view the corresponding number of proxies in the dedicated advanced-plan dashboard.
- Unallocated proxies in the advanced plan do not expire as long as they remain unassigned.
- Once proxies are allocated to an individual account, they are available for 90 days starting from the date of allocation.
If you are unsure which billing model fits your use case (GB vs IP vs unlimited vs static), we recommend starting with a smaller plan or contacting support for a recommendation based on your traffic patterns.
