XOProxy Delivery Agreement

This Delivery Agreement (the "Agreement") explains how XOProxy ("XOProxy", "we", "us", or "our") delivers digital products and services—such as proxy IPs, traffic, and account credits—to customers after payment.
Please read this Agreement together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy. By placing an order with XOProxy, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery terms set out below.
1. Digital Delivery Only
XOProxy provides intangible, digital services. We do not ship any physical goods. All products (including, but not limited to, residential proxies, static residential proxies, SOCKS5 proxies, and related plans or credits) are delivered digitally through your XOProxy account and our platform.
Once payment is successfully processed, delivery is considered complete when the purchased IPs, plans, or credits are made available in your XOProxy account.
2. Standard Delivery After Successful Payment
In general, after a successful payment is confirmed by our payment processor:
- The number of IPs, plan quota, or credits you purchased will be automatically added to your XOProxy account balance or corresponding plan;
- In most cases, this process is completed within a few minutes, but may occasionally take longer due to payment processor delays, system updates, or security checks.
If your order status shows as "paid" but the purchased resources do not appear in your account within a reasonable time (for example, within 30–60 minutes), please refer to Section 4 below.
3. Delivery for Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrency Payments
If you pay with Bitcoin or other supported cryptocurrencies:
- Your transaction must first be broadcast to the relevant blockchain network;
- XOProxy (or our payment partner) must receive the required number of network confirmations before the payment is considered complete;
- The time required to receive sufficient confirmations depends on:
- Current network congestion;
- The miner fee / gas fee you chose to pay;
- The confirmation threshold set by our payment provider.
XOProxy does not control blockchain confirmation times. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time for crypto payments, but your purchased IPs / credits will be delivered automatically to your account after the payment is confirmed by the network and our payment partner.
4. Payment Not Received or Balance Not Credited
If payment is not received or your account does not reflect the purchased IPs / credits within 24 hours after you completed payment, you should contact our support team so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
To help us locate your order quickly, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your registered email address and/or user ID;
- The order ID / order code from the XOProxy dashboard;
- The payment method used (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Bitcoin, etc.);
- For cryptocurrency payments, the transaction hash (TXID);
- Any payment receipt, confirmation screenshot, or bank statement reference;
- Approximate payment time and amount.
Once we receive this information, we will:
- Check with our payment processor and internal logs;
- Verify whether the payment has been successfully received;
- Manually credit the correct amount of IPs / credits if payment is confirmed but not yet reflected in your account; or
- Inform you of any issues found (for example, underpayment, network delays, or failed transactions).
5. Fraud Prevention and Security Review
To protect our customers and our network, XOProxy reserves the right to:
- Delay, hold, or manually review certain orders that appear suspicious or trigger our risk controls;
- Request additional verification (for example, confirmation of identity or payment ownership) when necessary;
- Cancel or refuse orders that are clearly fraudulent or associated with high-risk behavior.
In such cases, delivery may be temporarily delayed while we complete our security checks. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we will notify you of any actions taken.
